PTADA

Parents-Teachers Anti Denigration Association (PTADA) This program will seek avenues for funding for training and curriculum on anti-bullying and enhances cohesiveness between preschool teachers and refugees’ parents to discuss and work around the issue of bullying practices amongst diverse students. PTADA will identify problems, and find a solution to eliminate any upcoming barriers that may have ensued between students of different cultural backgrounds. PTADA will support efforts that identify, inform, and empower each other through skilled leadership roles. This method will encourage constructive communication and networking opportunities. It strengthens community exchanges for the benefit of all families. CANIAR believes through these efforts an appreciation of cultural diversity and comprehension of traditions/languages can also be realized.
